That's true. I would take 117 over 87% humiditiy any day.

I agree the humidity is a killer, On humid days you cant sweat properly, it just sticks to your skin, nasty!!
The humidity is about the only thing I don't miss about Florida.

You can make fun of that all you want, but it's absolutely true that a dry heat feels MUCH different from our kind of heat!

An oven is dry heat, also, but I don't go around sticking my head in ovens!

In the words of a friend of mine, if the thermometer has a reading that I can set on my oven, it is too dang hot!
