I said to my husband Tuesday night, we missed the boat, because the market is going to go up like crazy tomorrow (it always does after an election)Then i twent down yesterday and I said, oh I am going to buy stocks tomorrow, and no one reminded me until now. Now I have tos ee if I can still get cheap stocks that will double eventually.

The good thing is that oil prices declined as well!

I didn't expect the market to drop in this fashion immediately following an election. As LisaRae said, regardless of who is elected, the market will typically go higher just because of the change in administrations and the (typically false) hope that drastic economic policy changes are occurring. So, I believe there are still some deals out there on some of the stocks of solid companies. I mean, let's face it, Coca Cola is not going bankrupt anytime in the near future, so there are certain stocks that are still buy-worthy.
