Just went over and looked at the deal and it looks like it is kids 12 and under. Next question, does anyone know if you can book the bounce back offer while on board if you have this package?

Morning all,
well my weekend plans are just to keep warm:lmao: We have 2 big storms headed our way and after living in Florida for 8 years I am not use to the cold. Lows in the teens highs in the 20's and low 30's and we will get a snow-rain mix with it. Dont know how much we will get, not as much as Salem will get but we will still get the cold.
Greg is going to fill up the propane tanks tomorrow morning so we have plenty of hear plus we have 2 electric heaters. Time to start wearing the long johns too.
The worst storm is coming down from Canada, so thanks to my Canadian friend. You know who you are;)

Hopefully we can sneak out tomorrow before the storm arrives late in the day to finish our Christmas shopping. we are going to mail our gifts just in case we cant make it to the family gift exchange this year due to the weather.
Just to be safe.

Today I am making our anniversary cake to see if Gregs memory will be jogged that today is our anniversary even though we celebrated on the ship.
He didnt have a clue this morning. I go through this most years so it is a joke between us after all these years.
His moms birthday was yesterday, that is usually a reminder to him that the day after is his anniversary;)
time to go, back later, lets see some nana posting today people:thumbsup2

We have a long way to go to make that million goal!!

Hey Kathy!!!!

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!!!!!!!

Hope you guys have a great day. Stay warm and try not to freeze out there!!!

Jeff, I did look at the Disney excursions for Atlantis for the pools and slides. They do still have it, but it was very expensive. I think it was about $160 per adult and over $100 for each kid.
It should be a lot cheaper to book the hotel room next door if you want to use toe pool area. I'm not 100% sure but I think that included a trip through the aquarium too.

How long is the ship usually in port at Nassau? Do you really have time to use the room for changing swim clothes? Or is usually time to go when the room is actually ready?

What dates are you guys looking at for the cruise? And is the deal kids under 12 cruise free or kids 12 and under cruise free? Savannah is 12 so is she included?

We are sailing on April 9 which is Easter weekend. Join us!

I believe the room is ready by 3 p.m.
most are ready to go and shower and clean up around then. Because all aboard is usually around 4:30 although a couple of times it was 5 p.m.

almost everything is closed by 4 to 5 p.m. there, so no reason to stay later.

I looked it up too. It is expensive. And the Comfort Suites is about $320 plus taxes for the day we are in port (which is also pretty steep). Gotta decide if the slides are something we will really do. Otherwise, I think we'd just take the beach excursion. But the other thing is that if we have to go and "check in" to the Comfort Suites before going to the Atlantis, gotta figure in how much time we waste doing this, plus the cost of the taxi plus the cost of lunch - since all that is included with the DCL excursion. Great fun to be thinking about all this now that we have all our plans set, however!

I did not know the dates went out that far. That is a pretty good deal for Easter Weekend!!!

Ok Brantley, come on along. We think this will be a great chance to "try" a shorter sailing. We are spoiled having only gone on five seven nighters but have always wondered what it's like on the shorter sailings. Seems like it's more informal overall and that there is still tons to do on the ship. I figure we'll treat it like a park day and just run run run and forget the "relaxation" until Castaway Cay day. But otherwise do all the stuff we love about DCL.

Hey Jeff, speaking of slides, have you guys ever done any of the water parks at WDW? We never have, but if we take a summer trip we may try them out.
