:wave2: Hey Kathy!!!!

Sounds like you have been busy!!!

Hope you are having a great day. Try to pace youself. You need to ease back into a regular routine after a long vacation!!!:rotfl2:

I paced myself right into the recliner with the laptop on my lap.
I am pooped from the time change and the plane ride is so uncomfortable I always feel tired and my back hurts after it for about a week.

Thank goodness for slow cookers to make dinner easy. I have done all I need to around here now, so I can just do my report and relax accept everytime I try to get 20 winks Pixie decides to bark at something:confused3

Crazy dog seems to sense when ever I am trying to rest and she doesnt think I should get to relax.

I am up to Cozumel on my report.
I am a lousy writer but if I throw in enough photos people dont notice how boring the report is.:lmao:

Anyone else looking at the Kids Sail Free opportunity?

We have a trip planned to WDW over Spring Break in April and a 3 night cruise falls right in the middle of our week. The price is great for a 3 nighter and we can book a cat 12 GTY at a great price. So if we can adjust our stay at SSR (we were using our developer's points) from a studio to a 1-bedroom for the nights we are going to be there, I think we're going to book it. We've never been on the Wonder and it just seems like an almost too good to pass up price.

Good night everyone.
Jaime, hold on tight, we dont want you to blow away:lmao:
No wind here yet but the first big storm of the season will hit saturday
night all,
Kathy

Hi Jeff,
if I had kids still at home I would go for it if I could.
I think as long as the economy is so bad we will continue to see lots of good deals in the cruise industry and well as WDW.

I know our 9/18/2010 TA crusie was really cheap. What kills you is the air fare. But the cruise price is awesome, too good to pass up.

I am hoping for a Florida resident rate on this one next year .

I am off to bed after doing the dishes.
Back to reality.;)

Yeah..the price is almost too good to pass up since we'll already be there and we know the parks will be packed that week. We are hitting the parks the week of Dec. 28 and again in late June. We'll get our money's worth on our annual passes from those 2 trips alone. I just wonder if the three day will be like a blip in time since we have only ever done 7 nighters before.

When in June are you planning on going Jeff? Savannah's birthday is the 24th of June and we may go that week if we can. Still hoping to buy into Bay Lake Towers sometime this year. If the developer points deal stays in place we would be at SSR. Have you stayed there before? If so, how did you like it?

We looked at April 16 it would take 4 days away from our Phoenix trip though so not sure what to do...Dad said he would go too. Who is the best to check on airfare from for Phoenix?

I bet you'll see Florida resident rates next year for sure with the way the economy is right now.:goodvibes

Good Morning Everyone! I don't think a whole lot is going to get done around here today. I'm exhausted from all the laundry and putting away yesterday. And I'm not even done! :scared1:

I'll think I'll catch up on Survivor since the finale will be Sunday!

Have a great day!

Hi Brantley we stayed at Saratoga Springs last year after the cruise...it is a beautiful resort and has lots to offer as a resort. They had movies by the pool in the evening and different activities for children during the day. The pool area was very nice too. The resort is huge though and I highly recommend having a car...the bus waits were long and depending where your room is you can have a very long walk to the main building. Also it is quiet a distance to the parks. We also found the main building to be almost tucked away it wasn’t the easiest to find first entering the resort. We stayed in a building that had open halls…which I wasn’t fond off. Also we found the customer service to be lacking the Disney difference…and by the line to see the manager we were not the only ones. Truthfully we had much better service at the POP century the night before. If we got a really good deal to stay there again we would but I would never buy DVC there and I would not pay rack rate to stay there.

Hi Dawn:wave2: Did you get to catch up on the Amazing Race yet. It was pretty good.

Hi Brantley. We would be there around the same time. Elizabeth is in performance dance this year and her dance team has been invited to dance at Disney June 20-24 (I think those are the right dates). So we will be with the dance team at Port Orleans-Riverside the first part of the trip and then Animal Kingdom Villas the last part.

We have never stayed at SSR and honestly we are only doing it this time because we are using the developers points we received when we added on at AKV. We really like being at BCV or BWV so we are close to a park and then we just bought AKV not so much because we desperately wanted to own there but we did need more points and the offers on our summer cruise were great.

We looked at April 16 it would take 4 days away from our Phoenix trip though so not sure what to do...Dad said he would go too. Who is the best to check on airfare from for Phoenix?

Jaime - Use Kayak.com to track fares from hundreds of airline sites and travel websites. I think they do the best job around. There's also sidestep.com and a couple others but I like Kayak best.

Morning all,
COLD today, no surprize here.
Going to be in the teens and 20's over the weekend. I was suppose to Christmas shop this weekend, the snow may delay that.

Jeff a 3 day is like a nice 3 day weekend. Nassau has lots to offer although you hear lots of negative things at times. Its just the port area is old and run down, but there is a lot to do there.
We loved the Dig at Atlantis, the 2 hour historical tour, The Pirate Museum, 3 great beaches close by, the Harbour tour was ok, Do NOT do their glass bottom boat excursion, Atlantis has an awesome swim area, but you must book a day room at the hotel next door or an excursion to get tickets to use it.
The straw market is a great place to barter for prices, but carefully inspect anything you buy there, clothing can be missing buttons or holes in seams. Very crowded but a unique experience if you like to barter for things.

Of course a day at CC, you cant miss on that!!
The ship's decor is different than the Magic.Very pretty.
