Well the sun has finally come out and it is nice and warm outside.
But now I have a sore foot so its hard to walk the pups.
I have what I am assuming is a planter wart, so I have been putting the medicine on it each day and covering it with a bandage so it wont rub when I walk.

Today when I pulled the bandage off the sticky part ripped my skin off about 1 inch long and 1/2 inch across. It was bleeding all over the place and really hurt.:scared:

so I had to stop and clean that. stop the bleeding, put medicine on it and the wart, then put a different bandage over it.

it is right on the ball of my foot so it hits with every single step I take:eek:

What a fun day.
wake up freezing
wake up, no electricity
get power back
new microwave oven wont work
hurt my foot

what will the evening bring??
I will just wait and be surprized:lmao:

Off to check the 08 board,
back later,I need to plan my payback strategy for the ship;)

Have you ever done physical therapy?? My neck was out of whack once and cracking it around didnt work. I finally went to PT as a last resort and it was wonderful. It took 3 months to get it all worked out, but they taught me exercises to help strengthen the area too. So no relapses, no migraines and no pain either.

Back then it was $75 for a 30 minute visit without insurance.

It may not help with back alignments, but it might be worth asking sometime. They may at least be able to give you exercises to strenghten your back so it will make it stronger for the future.
:goodvibes

I did PT after my accident and it helped for a while.

My problem is that I try to over do it.

I'm a big guy and even though my arms and legs tell me they can lift allot of weight....my spine is a little slow in telling me that it can't!! :scared: :lmao:

No, but they did take a nice expensive x-ray of my whole back just so they could tell me my back was "out of alignment"! :sad2:

The chiropractor said he could get my back re-aligned for about $1400.00. I said "is that a money back guarantee?" he just smiled.

I'm not a fan of chiropractors. I've never personally been to one but i have seen what they have done to some other people i know. And I had 2 experiences with them trying to get me to help them with their businesses - in my current capacity as a PR/communications consultant. Let's just say these two guys (different 'practices') were not the most ethical, upstanding citizens I had ever met. It was all about finding ways to milk the insurance companies for more cash. Made me feel all dirty after I left the meetings.

On the other hand, I had a horrible case of bicep tendonitis last year and did six months of PT with great results.

She gave you the clue,

you need the answer. :listen:

I hope you understand .

This is as slow as I can type, to make it easier to

Hi Jeff.
I was skeptical of PT's until I used one once. Now I swear by them for certain things.
No doctors could help my pain or figure out my migraines, so after over a year in bed most days I talked my Dr. into ok-ing 7 visits to the PT.

First visit I got some relief.

It took a few months and the insurance wouldnt cover it, but i went 2 or 3 times a week at first, then once a week, but it worked and fixed the damaged neck muscle that was causing the migraines.

If I had gone to them to start with It would of been cured alot faster.

well time to take the pups out for a few minutes.

I see we have a motorhome 2 spaces down from us just pulling in.
Ah ha, their curtains are open, time to get the binoculars out:lmao: :lmao:

later all,

kathy

Ya, with my wife in the medical profession we've run into Doctors like that!

My neighbor just down the road is a PT and he works on me when I need it.

He's got some kind of ultrasound machine that he uses on me that makes my muscles loosen up......feels wonderful, but unfortunately the effects only last for a few days. :sad2:

Yes I dreaded the exercises but the treat was the electro-stimulation and massage that followed.

No way,
you wont even see it coming:goodvibes
better block the peep hole in your door too:rolleyes1

I have dozens of great photos from last year of lots of people.
I plan on adding to my album this trip too popcorn::

Yup...someone took a great picture of my friend Michelle with a banana in her mouth:rotfl: the funny thing is Alicia was sitting in her stroller starring at whoever was taking the picture...her expression was priceless...no one else was even looking...

Glen said it means you don't have to pay to find it...to get in somewhere...

That does make sense when you think about it.
yet people should of known they dont have to pay to get to it, so its kind of a useless clue if thats the meaning. But not everybody would assume you didnt need to pay i guess.
