Thanks but I doubt it....he is very glad his "mom" is home....I havent seen to much of him. He is holding up in the bedroom with her. I have a feeling even if she does have a talk with him, he is going to start all over after she leaves again. I think hes just confused as to what is going on.

Well everyone have a great and safe new years eve....We are staying put, ordering chineese and will most likely watch the bears game this evening.

Ok, I am officially goo goo eyed now from counting spinning bananas, but I did it!!!
I may have night mares about all those

Went and saw Rocky today and I was surprized it was very good. They made it very realistic compared to his old movies.

Gonna watch some movies tonight and relax until all the noises drive Minnie crazy, then I will be comforting a dog for awhile!!

Almost time to watch the Wonder pull out, so gotta go, will check back later this evening.

FYI - We will not be joining you on your cruise next November. We decided to go on the Christmas Cruise in December. DS6 has a longer vacation and will not have to take time off from school. We wish you all the best and have a great cruise. Take Care, The Taylors

As of yesterday, myself and my two grandsons, both 11 at the time of the cruise, are reserved on the 11/24/07 cruise. This will be our first Disney Cruise. We LOVE Disney and are passholders. Go to Disney from Michigan a few times each year. Any advice you can give me will be appreciated--just starting my research!

Thanks for the awesome welcome! I'd like to introduce myself--my name is Dawn and my two traveling buddies are Skylar and Christian. We go everywhere together. Where to begin with the questions I am so use to knowing where and what I'm doing I'm kindda lost.

Is there anything on the boat that I need to make reservations for other than like spa and Palo restaurant. I notice that I cannot register the boys in the Oceaneer Club until 75 days before. Will I have any problem getting them in? Does the registration just get them in the club or to certain activities?

Excursions? Which one(s)? We've done alot of snorkeling. The tours of the islands looked interesting--worth it? Should you plan anything for Castaway Cay or just enjoy the beach?

By the way, we are in room 2068-Category 9. I am sure that the boys will be very busy with their activities, I look forward to some adult company!

Are you ready to be a Banana Head? It's part of the pre-requisite, y'know!

Where do you live in Michigan? Mutt and I are in Akron, Ohio. More importantly ... U of M or MSU???

Snorkling on St. Maarten (Golden Eagle Catamaran) was incredible this past November, so I certainly recommend it. On St. Thomas we took a tour with one of the locals. You can find his info at www.sunnylistontours.com. He was great and we got shopping and beach time with his tour. As far as Castaway, I had a massage scheduled and honestly I kinda wish that I hadn't because it took away from beach and Banana Head time (and limited my access to Java Juice for about an hour)

Dawn - Here are some answers.

Re the Oceaneer's Club/Lab - You don't have to worry about it. There are no reservations necessary - they just have to be registered and then they can be dropped off/picked up whenever it suits you and them. You may even consider giviing them checkin checkout privileges if they are responsible kids.

On Castaway, my DD8 and I did the Banana Boat ride this time and it was pretty fun.

it is good to know your name.
Gosh there are lots of great excursions. Just depends on your interests. If you like to snorkel, CC has good snorkeling, or at St. Thomas you can go to Pinel Island to snorkel which is really good, plus if anyone is a beginner they are great at giving instruction too.

Last time we did the St, Johns island tour which was great. It is a beautiful island A couple years ago we did the Eco tour there which we really liked.

We usually do tours of the islands instead of beach days on the islands because we will have a beach day on CC.


I'm sure others will be able to give you some input about ther excursions.

Looking forward to getting to know you. Hopefully we will get more kids who will be around the ages of Skylar and Christian so they can make friends ahead of time.

Glad to have our little bunch of ! I'm Cheri and will be traveling with DH Bill & DD5 - Jessalyn (she'll be 6 1/2 at cruise time -- that extra 1/2 is very important!!)

Happy New Year all! We didn't do much last night. Had Chinese take-out and hung around the house. DD wanted to watch a movie with me so she chose E.T. I hadn't seen it for about 10+ years!

Today we didn't much except watch the dumb Huskers lose.

My name is Okie, my DH is Rick (AKA J&C's Dad), DS Josh 17 (AKA joelidol) and DD Chelsea 15. We too were on the Nov 2006 cruise-had a blast-something for every age group and every activity level you can imagine.

Worked today so I didn't do anything special last night-lots of fireworks in the neighborhood that sent our dog into a fit-she thought it was one severe thunderstorm Crazy dog

Well, going to bed early-need to make my lunch--got to be able to fit into some clothes by November-certaintly can't now trying to get a head start on the bathing suit thing

Morning,
Well I guess everyone is back to work today, unless you work for the Post Office, they have an extra day off today.
Don't work too hard!!!

Of course I know a couple of you never work hard, it is more like hardly working

Well gotta start some serious deep cleaning around here today and tomarrow. Thursday we have some workmen coming to rip off and fix most of the base board in our house. They need to sand them down, repaint and then put pack on. It is an all day job. I know it doesnt sound like much, but it's for a 3000 square foot house. Of course if they would of done it right the first time, they wouldnt have to be redoing it.
Anyway I want the house extra clean before they mess it up.

The fun part will be keeping Minnie under control all day, on her leash most of the day. She does NOT like strangers in her house and she would go nuts if I just put her outside. I have a feeling it will be a LONG day!!!

Today will also be grocery shopping,
sounds exciting huh??
