Hello all..just checking in from work...and I've been gone all weekend..I come back and so much posting!!! You bunch of bananas are a chatting group.

I'm wondering if I should ask here what type of excursions you all are taking/what you've done before/what is your fav?

I know there is so much to do but I'd love any input. Or you could direct me to a different thread if that info is somewhere else.

I'M JUST GETTING SO EXCITED TO CRUISE!!! And the packing..that just makes me nervous..lol. I do have the ULTIMATE PACKING LIST...so that is a help.

I think we scared them away!

I can't imagine why: we have a woman with a whip, a group obsessed with dancing fruit, people who've assumed the identities of celeb-utards, women who don't shave, guys cleaning their guns in preparation of their daughters' dates, posters who incessantly quote movies & TV shows and a whole host of other "interesting" behaviors.

If that wasn't enough, we've posted pictures. . .

Now that I think of it, what's not to love?

My family's favorite excursion is the Dubloon in St. Thomas--we also did the Rhino rider in St. Martin-very intense!
We haven't booked anything this year-I think we are gonna 'wing it'....

Good Morning Nanaheads.
Can we get on the ship TODAY please? Seems whatever sickness I have is now making its way through the family. Emily woke up sneezing but pleasant. Elizabeth is coughing and miserable and thus stayed home from school. I think it's only her second sick day ever so she MUST be sick. Days off for cruising and WDW vacations don't count!

I have but a small pile of work to do today and am waiting for follow up on a bunch of items. This is the worst part of the consulting game - the waiting. Thankfully my slow pay client FINALLY paid me this week so I'm remotivated to work on their work. Funny how not paying me makes me less excited about their business.

Way to go Indians! I know I'm a Pittsburgher so I'm supposed to hate all things Cleveland but of course I'm not a big Steeler fan so I guess that's why I can cheer for the Tribe.


Have a great day everyone. I'll be lurking most of the day.

Happy trails to you Shell. Best thing about traveling west and having to get up this early is when you also have an evening event to attend. I had to do that many times when I worked for a living And I can remember one particularly horrifying time when I went to Vegas and left at some ungodly time of the morning, went straight into all day meetings and then got dragged to some outdoor theater (beautiful setting in the hills) to attend a Chamber of Commerce event and a staging of ANNIE. I can remember calling my wife and saying, "I'm in Vegas, but you'll never believe where I am and what I am doing.." I of course was trapped in that I came with folks from the organization I was visiting but I can remember getting back to the hotel it being one of the happiest moments of my life.

Hope the girls get well soon! Jess was showing some signs of a possible cold, so I've been giving her a couple zinc lozenges a day. Also kept reminding her about hand washing, sanitizing, etc., etc.

I know what you mean about clients' speed in reacting affecting the speed with which you finish their work!! I deal with that a lot! (And it's not like we're talking super-tough stuff -- just what deductibles or billing mode they may want on their auto policy or something like that!!!)

we really don't plan on many late night sessions but that would be great for Alicia...since we put in her a pull-ups before she goes to bed anyway...

You know what's weird. Nighttime is when we NEVER have a problem with Alex. My nephew has problems at night too. I just don't get why we're still occasionally having problems during the day. He just gets so busy playing that he doesn't want to stop to go to the bathroom.

Just saw on the main board about new late night adult parties - including a spring break party that people say was fun. We ought to make that another meet. Mina and I made only ONE late night thing together (pub night on the last night) and I was able to go to hear TB & the Dreamboats....but this time I want to at least plan to go to one party. This one sounds cool (and includes jello shots, dudes).

A while back there was a discussion about car services. Someone recommended a company other than Happy Limo and I can't remember what it was. If you're out there can you please share the name again? Jaime's group and my group are all staying at Pop Century the night after the cruise so we are exploring sharing a ride. Thanks!
