With pre-check I would be less concerned about the TSA screening situation. The big worry I would have about a Southwest flight is that the line to check bags can get very long--as in 30-40 minutes--and even if you make the flight it can be stressful. In March we had no trouble making a noon flight on Southwest even with a nightmare line to check bags and a pretty standard 20-30 minutes for TSA (without pre-check) and had time for lunch at the gate. That said, I know my DW would have been frantic if we had been trying to catch a flight that was 40 minutes earlier even though we probably would have made it; albeit with not much time to spare. You should be okay with that time. I believe DCL recommends nothing before 11:30, but plenty of people have gotten to the airport in time for flights that are even earlier than 11:20. My only concern is the current TSA situation. I've been hearing about big backups and MCO is one of the worst, but you are TSA Precheck so that should help.

isn't the OP asking about DCL transportation to the airport? Doesn't the 11:30 am cutoff means your flight has to be before then or you can't take it? Maybe I misunderstood though
