Hey, I remember that song too! Used to be one of my favorites!!! I guess we'll have to get all of us out on the dance floor on 70s night and get the band to play that song.
And no, my dahlin' King Charming, standing in the middle of the dance floor while our friends and I dance around you does NOT count as taking your wifey out dancing. We're talking one hand on waist (no, that's not my waist... there ya go) and one hand holding my other and waltzing.
Then, when he started screaming like a banshee, I handed him back to my sister-in-law and went to bed and slept through the night.

Currently 9 degrees F (-13 C) with light snow. Windchill is -11F or -17C depending on your preferred flavor. We lost at least a foot of snow yesterday, got up into the high 30's and it rained all day and last night. The wind began (we have constant wind at about 20 or so with gusts to 30) during the night and the temps began to drop. When I got up this morning, it was 30 but by the time I got to work (I don't move very fast in the morning) it was in the upper teens. Needless to say, the roads that were not plowed are a total mess. Our drive is awful - I got out this morning but I am not really sure how. The ruts are all frozen from yesterday's comings and goings. I guess the only good thing is that the old stuff isn't blowing around in the wind - too water logged and frozen to move!
Thank you for the reminder. I know KC keeps telling me about what it's like to actually live up north instead of just visiting the snow. In fact, we were just talking about that kind of thing last night as we were sitting out on the side yard in the 60 or 70 degree evening and chatting.

Yes, that particular label is for a jeroboam (3L) of 10%/vol beer. I stick to the smaller 22oz bottles of DB on those occasions I have one.
Hey double, you know you were talking about how to get some good beer on the ship, right? You know they'll let you just bring it in your carry-on, right? Last time we went all my buddies around here were telling me different ways to sneak liquor on the ship but everything I'd read on the DIS said just bring it in your carry-on, so I did. When it was time to go through the x-ray machine at the terminal my bag full of liquor goes through the x-ray machine and the guy looks at me and dead serious looking asks, "got a glass?"
Oh, hey... I gotta tell y'all King Charming's latest name for Mickey. He didn't want to say it on the board here because he didn't want to offend anyone. But I figure everyone here knows I love Mickey darn near as much as I love KC so y'all will understand. It's like an Irishman telling an Irish joke, right? He can get away with it?
