11/11/10 3 night Wonder!

Can't wait! Our 7yr old son is so excited. Have read in other posts about a pirate party, do they still do that?

Count me in! A couple weeks ago I used one the reasons to live in florida and booked a florida resident rate for myself and my best friend (who is traveling down to florida from Ohio) on his first cruise ever!

My best friend and I just booked the Nov. 11 cruise this morning! We are excited to have a weekend away! We would like to meet some of you while we are on the ship! We are both teachers from the Orlando area and love Disney Cruises!

We're so sad to say that we won't be able to sail with you! We have an inspection at work, and all leaves for November have been cancelled.

The bright spot is that we moved our cruise on the Dream up from next August to the inaugural in January.

And we'll be cancelling our SPH room if anyone is interested. It won't be released until Monday, as my TA wants me to get the documents together regarding the military leave being revoked first.

Not sure - worth posting on the cruise board to see what recent cruisers have seen. I'm guessing Secretariat will be one.

On the main board, someone who just got back said these were playing:

Prince of Persia
Sorcerer's Apprentice
Secretariat
Toy Story 3

Thanks, Sharon. I noticed that some on the cruise board do not think a 3 nighter has enough time to do a movie! The last time we were on, we saw, Earth and I was hoping Oceans would be shown this year. Well, we haven't seen Secretariat and I want to....so I'll make the time work somehow!

By the way, my DS/DDiL had 2 connecting inside cabins and I got the message from DU that they were upgraded to outside cabins. I checked the deck plans and they are connecting as well. They'll be so pleased!

We haven't seen the family since the 4th of July, we're really looking forward to seeing them next week!

I thought that comment was odd too. Looks like others are defending it. We might do a movie too; why not, we've paid for them!

I emailed the concierge to ask about movies and this is what they told me:


"The movies that are scheduled during your cruise are as follows and subject to change:
Oceans
Toy Story 3 (3D)
The Sorcerer's Apprentice
Step Up (3D)
You Again
Secretariat"

I don't know when they show them but hopefully, another cruiser can get that answer. I would assume several times a day.
