What is going on then. I can't find a room at a Loews Resort.

I just posed that question. The whole weekend is fully booked. It must be because of the holiday weekend.

Duh, I responded to another thread and didn't even think of this... I don't know that this would sell out the hotels, but it is Jersey Week, and many families from NJ will be taking their kids out of school for the short week. Many schools have half days Mon-Tues-Wed and all are off on Thurs and Fri that week for the teacher's convention. (The convention is in Atlantic City from 11/10 - 11/11.)

It is NJ goes to Florida week! LOL. Our schools are OFF all week. Monday 11/7 - Friday 11/11. We are driving down and some of the reglar hotels we stay in on our way down from NJ are booked too!

Not just NJ - we are from NH and we always have the end of this week off. We will be there the 9 - 13. This the second time for us during this weekend.
