Can any of you veterans help me make a decision? We are contemplating an Eastern Trip either 11/1 or 11/15. Any pros or cons that time of year? Also, has anyone cruised around that time and could give us feedback re: weather? Our children are 2 and 3, and we thought maybe the 11/15 b/c it would not impact Halloween. What do you think?

Thanks a million. You guys are the best!

We were on the 11/2/02 Eastern and we had the perfect weather and a wonderful week! We are booked on the 11/1/03 and aren't happy about it effecting Halloween but we are from NJ and that is the week we are off and the kids don't miss school. Our kids told us they would much prefer another cruise than trick or treating. My youngest will be 8 next year and I will bring along her princess costumes to dress up on the ship and will find some way to make up for the lost candy. I doubt that there would be much difference with the two dates when it comes to weather but be forewarned there will be an over abundance of us NJ people on the ship 11/1 (not that there is anything wrong with that)

Funny you should say that...I am from NJ, too! I am a teacher and would of course prefer to go that same week of Teacher's Convention. However, rates are now higher that week, though they weren't when I first looked into that week. I think we will have to go with 11/15. Sorry we will miss you!

Thanks for the info on the weather. I hope we have the same luck as you!

Thanks again.

Of course I'm voting for the 11/15 because that's the one I'm on!! Would love to have you on board.:bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc
