I can't wait--I used to see my nieces all the time, but they are busy ladies now so I don't see them as much. Even with being there with them, I know they have rehearsals Friday (Sammie for the school play, Dana for the community theater), soccer practice, soccer games, etc. But I plan to cook dinner with them on Saturday. We're also making Mickey Mouse chocolate chip waffles for breakfast. Should be a good time.

Heidi also sent me green measuring cups and spoons, green Christmas cookies, Gingerbread man spatula, Christmas cupcake papers, Tinkerbell photo album, orange kitchen towel and matching pot holder and oven mitt with pumpkin/fall decorations.

Cindy glad you liked the box.

I forgot to note why a photo album - I write up my recipes on 3x5 note cards and then put them into a small photo album. (mine is Winnie the Pooh) Of course if you have a different way of storing your recipes then you have another photo album.


Now about the egg nog, yes i come from a family that will consume food items that have raw eggs in them. However i realize that not everyone is comfortable doing that so there is a way to cook the eggs before adding to the recipe, just not sure how to do it.
