for OPSEC reasons no one should post FOB specifics on any internet message boards-there is no information on Camp Blackhorse on Global Security.org-which is an excellent source of that kind of information-so either its a new camp or there is no information that the DOD wants going out over the public internet. Sorry i can't be of more help-any one i know who has been to Afghanistan has never heard of it.
