100 yrs of Magic Pin-Still works??

My DS has a 100 years of magic pin from 2 years ago that would light up in certain places in the parks... he wants to bring it along again but I don't want to pack it (or have him dissappointed) if it won't work anymore.... anyone know?

I really think they should still work since they sell pins similar to those in the parks. The only thing might be that the batteries will need to be changed.

Anyone else think differently???

I bought one during my trip last October and it worked fine. I don't think it will be a problem. I loved walking around and looking down at it when it went off. I used is as a map for Epcot.

Our last trip was this July and the pins were still activated by the rides. New pins are harder to find these days though and the batteries don't seem to last too long. You need a very small phillips head screwdriver to open the battery casement.
