I am curious how LGM users have prepped them. They come attached to a paper backing. Do you pull them off, leave it there or cut the backing to the same shape? Anyone have examples of what they have done they could post images of? I want to do this but would like to know a bit more before butchering my LGM supply.

Just search on lgmh, I know there are many others that have info, but this was the first one I found. Personally, I cut them out and laminated them back to back after writing my DIS name on them.
