Plan now and secure a great rate and your exact dates.
I will be renting out 100 (+/-) June (2005) VWL points, and want to line up a renter who likes to plan early for their DVC vacation.
Are you looking for a VWL reservation for specific/special dates between June 1st, 2005 and May 31st, 2006.? For a small holding deposit (fully refundable if unable to secure your reservation), I will set aside these points for your special VWL reservation. Then, I will reserve your exact dates at the 11 month booking window. I prefer to rent out these points as a single block, and booking preference will be given to those requesting a vacation in the June-November, 2005 time frame.

Some Transaction details:
*Points are $11/each.
*Once your dates/unit size are determined, If your request exceeds the 11 month booking window, I will request a $100 holding deposit from you. The $100 deposit is subtracted from your total cost, and is not refundable (unless I'm unable to secure your reservation). If your request is able to be booked immeadiately, the holding deposit will not be required.
*If your request exceeds the 11 month window, I will book your exact reservation once the window opens. When your reservation is secured, a payment schedule will be established. An initial payment will be required once the reservation confirmation is sent to you. A final payment will be due 45 days before your reservation, or Oct 1st, 2005 (whichever is first).
