$100 spending money with Disney

We have booked our holiday with Disney and got the $100 spending money-how does that come? Is it a gift card we are given at check-in or do they send it us with the tickets?

You will get a voucher which you take to World Of Disney Store in Disney Springs to redeem for gift card. You get this a few weeks before travel in your "Mickey Mail".

yes you can,
just go to the concierge, and ask to pay your room charge balance with the gift card.
you need to do this before your last evening. The room charge is processed to your CC during the night leading to your check out day.
So be sure to do it before the end of the afternoon the day before you check out, or it will be too late.

@OP : don't forget to take a photo ID (passport) when you go to World of Disney, or the CM probably won't allow you to redeem your voucher
many guests have had to go back to their hotel when they forgot their "paperwork"

Ours was between 3 and 4 weeks before last year however if its flight inclusive its only about 2 weeks before.

They will accept a photo card DL as ID to redeem your voucher as that is what I used.
