$100 off Universal room where did this come from?

Someone on another board I frequent posted the code UNIBK to take $100 off your Universal room. They say it can be combined with the stay 3, get 2 free. It's supposed to be good off any stay but I haven't been able to find any days at the end of August that it works for 1 night. Does anyone know what this code is or where it came from or what the limitations are?
