Since when did High Fructose Corn Syrup become all natural? There is so much processing that goes on to create it, that claiming it as natural seems like a stretch.
Anyway, just my rant for the day. I'm trying to cut out High Fructose Corn Sugar and this stuff is EVERYWHERE. I am having a more difficult time with eliminating this from my diet than trans fats.
Edited to add: I don't consume artificial sweetners either, so diet sodas are out for me. Good thing I like water and green tea (though supposedly the green tea will kill me as well
).

I used to work in the food industry and let me tell you, even for natural products, there is not much natural about modern manufacturing. 'Natural' means it is derived from a natural source- it can be modified as much as they want, so long as the original source was natural. So yes, HFCS is natural. So are beaver testes- and there are some natural flavors that contain 'em.
