Keep watching blogs and news for new things that are opening/closing so you can change your existing plans. There's a lot of restaurants coming/refurbishing, some ride closures (that might open earlier so you can see them), etc... We almost missed our daughters favorite ride because it suddenly was closing for a few weeks but opened the first day we arrived.
Online checkin I really like, it helps you pick what you want your room near, if you want to request anything for the room, (allergies, etc). Especially handy if your arriving before 3pm so there is a good chance your room is waiting for you when you get there if it's an especially crowded time.
Alright, tomorrow we will have exactly 100 days before we leave for WDW.
