100 Day Disney Countdown Chain

I know many years ago there was a 100 day paper countdown ring floating around with the # and Days left for Disney Vacation and each ring had a different Disney picture/character on it. Well I have another trip planned for my kids and I would love to have the countdown chain again. Does anyone have this or can make one for me it would be greatly appreciated!
