What is the difference in the standard studio and value?

Obviously I can only book AKV at this time as over 7months but that is available:

Sept 30 to Oct 5 (5 nights)

Standard View = 63pts
Savannah View = 82pts

What is the difference in booking for Davids versus this site as far as time in advance of booking? Looks like you can book now on there for October. Are all bookings directly through this forum only 7 mths out or only for AKL?
