10 yr old and Dining Plan

From my understanding that since my daughter is 10 she needs to order off of the adult menu. I have been looking at some of the menus posted and I don't see anything that she would even attempt to eat!

Is this really written in stone that she can't order from the kids menu?? I would like her to enjoy her dining experience and I am not sure the adult menu would do that!

In most cases, restaurants will happily serve her a dish comprised of items from the kids' menu. I've traveled with an overly-finicky grown woman who has spent her ddp credits on plates of chicken nuggets and pizza.

The only stipulation is that your daughter must be placed on the ddp as an adult, at adult prices, once she has reached ten years of age. If she then wishes to exchange those adult credits for kids' meal-type food rather than adult fare, that is completely up to her/you.

Thanks. As I was thinking about it, If we have already paid adult price for her then what do they care if she orders off the children's menu. We would be the ones that were losing out!!

Generally speaking, when dining with the aforementioned adult ordering off the kids' options, she would receive an adult plate with fries and chicken or pizza or mac and cheese on it, in what I would call a more adult-sized serving. She ordered adult desserts.
