I have just seen on my facebook that Gktw ( the village for kids with a life threatning illness) has entered a competion with pepsi to win $250000 - this will make a huge differnece to this organisation in never turning a child with an illness away!!

On a personal note i would love to see it win as without this organisation I truly believe we would not still have Cameron with us now. Whenever times are really hard with Cameron we always think of the star of Hope that is on the castle of miracles ceiling in GKTW and that gives us the hope and determination that we can beat this thing and we can make Cameron ok again

If you have never heard of this place before if you check out my trip report in my signature - we made areturn visit to find Cams star and it will give you an idea just how wonderful this place really is.

Also just noticed that there is a sticky at the top of the page that is asking for votes as GKTW is officially a Dis sponsored charity.

Theres some very nice charities there.

I would vote for gktw but they've made it a real hassle so I'm afraid i wont be voting.

I'm not a member of Facebook so would have to register directly with pepsi to do it
