10 Disney podcasts to listen to

I've been listening to WDW podcasts for years. The first one I ever listened to was WDW Today and I miss the old version terribly. Then I tried some others like WDW Radio and later Dis Unplugged. I even listened to Disney Driven Life, J.L.s original podcast! I have to agree with some others about Mouse Chat. I just can't get into it. It is always behind on info and rather negative and dry. Short on facts and long on personal opinion.

I agree. There is nothing wrong with choosing to focus on the positive things. It's his show and that's the way he wants it ...whatever the motivation.

I think you're spot on. He chooses to do an extremely positive show. Thats his choice. I do think his enthusiasm is genuine as his shows have always been like that. Some of the history content and content on the details of the park are absolutely top notch regardless of his outlook. Now if I'm looking for some information or a review of something to see if its worth doing or not, I would say that his show is probably not a good stop, but I still think he has enough to offer that makes it a good listen.

Thanks so much for this list! I've been an appreciative listener since the Dis podcasts got me through a winter of Disney Marathon training (years ago) and I've revived my utilization with a new large, active puppy. Now I can supplement since apparently she can out walk Pete, John, Kevin, et al's opinions (or the recorded ones at least!)

I tried mouse chat as well it didn't stick for me but I do enjoy Disney dish with jim hill.

Been binging on episodes last few days. Like it more.
Stumbled on another podcast that I'm liking too, "Resort Loop".
2 guys (occasionally with guests) discuss...well, Disney World. Already into it.

There are TONS of disney podcasts. They all fall on if you dig the hosts, because they all essentially discuss the same subjects in one form or another.

I think I'm gonna cut it off with these The Dis various shows/Disney Dish/and Resort Loop.
I already listen to so many non-disney podcasts!

Since they changed the team on WDW Today it's not nearly as good. You can tell they talk about things about which they have no clue. The Dis is still the best for overall news and reviews. Unofficial Guide with Jim Hill is best for in depth news. Mr. Hill has some very good access to WDW and Universal.
