Well, we are headed to Orlando for 13 Days, now where to begin.

We arrive 6/1 and will be staying in a Fairfield Inn and going to Universal Studios the 1st and 2nd (we have the buy 2 get 3 addtl days free). We then move to POFQ on 6/3 and will be there until we leave on 6/13.

This is twice the amount of time we normally spend at WDW. :cool1: I want to be able to get in all 4 major parks and the 2 water parks, maybe DQ.

Now for the delima. :confused3 We have 10 day park hoppers + water parks fun and more. :thumbsup2 So we can either enter the park on the 3rd, check in early and get our room keys/tickets and go to a park or we can use a 3rd day at Universal (only good for 5 consecutive days) and then use our 13th day as a mini day at one of our favorite parks before we have to head to the airport (Flight leaves at 2:30 PM). We have a rent car from 6/1 to 6/4 and then we use WDW transportation. Have opt to pick up rent car on 6/9 to 6/12, but Universal tickets will expire on 6/5.

So if this was your trip, how would you organize your days in the parks? Use EMH (mornings and/or evenings)?

Just too many days (not a bad thing) just need some good suggestions from some dizers that have done 10 days and what their stratigies were.

I don't know about your Universal issue, but we always go for 11 days at WDW. Stopped doing the "plus" hoppers after the first trip because the weather is so iffy end of june/july when we go that our jaunts to the Water parks ended up in park clearers for lightening--so a waste there. What really helps me to plan is by making our dining ressies first, then we know which park we'll be in and on what day. The excellent thing about a longer trip is that you can go back to your favorite parks 3 or even 4 times so there's no stressing ever about rushing around at any time. :woohoo: We usually only do one day at AK, then split up the rest between MK, MGM, and EPCOT. This year we can add KTTK tour because DD turned 16 and DS wants to do Sedgeway at EPCOT. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that POTC will be open for at least the last couple days of our trip :smooth: Honestly, 10 days is GREAT  I wouldn't worry about the early ticket--just save enough energy to close the parks down at night and you'll get all you want the last couple hours when the families with small children have gone home. :cool1:
