10 day vacation, 7 day MYW ticket, fast pass question

My 60 day Fast Pass+ window is coming up tomorrow. We will be at Disney for 10 days including the travel days and we have purchased a 7 day magic your way package staying at coronado springs. I have 3 days purposefully away from the parks (both travel days and also one in the middle of the vacation), so when my 60 day window opens, can I book fast passes for just 7 of the days with off days built in, or will it require me to book the fast passes on consecutive days beginning on day 1?

The days do not have to be consecutive.

Your 7 days do not have to be consecutive. There will be no problem taking that break in the middle.
