10 day period?

Does the 10 day period to make any changes or cancel start the day when you sign the contract, or 10 days after? For example if I signed my contract on September 2nd. Would my 10th day be today, or tomorrow?

Paperwork says 10 days after the contract is signed. Not sure if I am understanding correctly.

I would say the 10th day from the 2nd is tomorrow, the 12th.

10 days AFTER. So day one is Sept 3rd and day 10 is Sept 12.

If you want to rescind, post mark tomorrow.

The only way to change your contract is to rescind and start over.

If a change is what you want to make, you can't do it by phone. Send in the recission then call your guide, tell him you rescinded to make a change and what change you want.

But the rescission to make a change must be in writing and postmarked no later than tomorrow.

Read the package that came with the contract. It explains what you need to do and when.

I have never had DVD have issues with rescinding a contract.
