We're going to be on the deluxe dining plan on our trip and the only ADR I could get for dinner at Le Cellier was for 4:10pm. I was thinking of eating a late breakfast at Boma and filling the time before breakfast and before dinner with some snack credits. I was just concerned that by 10:45am that the breakfast food at Boma might be slim pickings, I didn't know if they start packing it up, stop putting out fresh stuff after a certain time?

I believe they will continue to serve fresh food until the demand has died down. If they would stop serving, you could ask you server for additional food. They are very accomodating!

We have eaten during late morning many times - and have never been disappointed with the freshness (or amount) of food there.

I wish I could say the same about other WDW breakfast buffets.......but in my experience, I think you'd be fine with Boma.

They're really good about keeping the food fresh! I was there once and there was maybe one other family there.. and they were still putting out fresh food. I don't think it will be a problem!
