10:25 Donalds Safari breakfast...

Our ADR is for 10:25...What time does lunch start? Will the breakfast items slowly be replaced by lunch items? How long will the characters be there, since lunch is not a character meal?

We had the same reservation time during our last trip. I don't know how or when they start the lunch changeover, but we were there for an hour and didn't see any signs of it. We saw all four characters and participated in a little parade/celebration in our dining area. I think this is a great seating time because you can enjoy the park for the first hour and a half when lines are low and then go eat. Donald's Safari Breakfast was one of our favorite character meals!

ETA: The food stayed "breakfast" foods the entire time, but we counted it as our lunch. We ate plenty and there were plenty of meats and other foods to fill us up. It was not just pastries and fruit.

We are planning it i our next trip this year for our second day at WDW because we are want to go first at Chef Mickey's.

We also had the same time for our ADR in August...it was GREAT! The last breakfast ADR is around 10:30 or 10:45 and then they don't seat anyone after that so as people with earlier ADRs finished the restaurant started to empty. We had plenty of time with the characters and lots of great, fresh food. And yes there were Mickey Waffles! I think once everyone was out of the restaurant for breakfast then they did a quick clean-up and switch over to lunch....I say this as we were one of the last tables to leave and there was still no sign of lunch...it was about 11:30 when we left.
