In one way it is good I'm taking some weight off as it does take some strain off my knees, but I can't do much about the cold damp weather, it really triggers off the arthritis in the knees. At least the IB 800 and the Thera-gesic helps to a certain degree.........

Ok, its 9.03am, housework all done, ironing down to a reasonable sized pile, child in school and gym bag packed

I'm off to burn some calories...willpower back on "full steam ahead" mode (for today at least!) - maybe its the thought of the weigh in tomorrow morning

I'm going to bust my *ss on the treadmill and then do aquarobics.

Then I have the big supermarket shop to do - battle with a huge trolley round all the aisles then put the stuff away - nearly as bad as ironing

I echo what Andy said on our Bobalooser site. Thanks for the challenge because it is working for me also.

I hit my first mini goal of loosing 20 lbs. I am half way to where I want to be. When I get there then I will have to shoot for another.

I'd like to ask eveyone to keep their fingers crossed that Pete makes it home today. He's scheduled to fly around noon out of South Carolina, but there are already delays in Chicago (where he's got a connecting flight).

I just found out last night that Kristin and Stacy cannot go to see "The Lion King" next Tuesday because they have a quiz at school! There goes $185.00 down the drain!!

Long night last night. We think Woody got food poisoning. We were up all night! Two other coworkers of his are sick too. Note to self- Don't eat at a little hole in the wall called Chicken Fiesta! It was not a fiesta for his body last night! Although he did do a lot of cha chaing back and forth to the bathroom! I know, I know. It's not funny to make light of other peoples pain. But it really was funny.
