Homework outdid the cooking last night, so we ended up going out. She said she will try again tonight. She really did not want to cook with Kyle here anyways because he is just being a pain when it comes to eating.

OK, here is another WDW question.

Where do you like to stay "on property" at WDW?

My top choice is: The Log Cabins in Fort Wilderness(this is my idea of roughing it, LOL!!!)

We've only ever stayed once on property - Neil doesnt like it. He likes to be able to walk to places to eat - not get one of those buses to different resorts etc. Even when we stayed on property we didnt use the buses - he hates buses. We still hired a car and drove to the parks.

You guys are starting to make me worried...Pete's parents have booked for B.O.B., and Pete's sister and family will be putting a deposit down soon also. I am a bit worried they'll want to do everything together, or want to do everything we do because "we've done this before". I'm hoping they'll feel like they can do their own thing most of the time, except maybe for an excursion or two.

Just make it REAL CLEAR from the outset that you wont be their babysitter or tour guide. When Neils parent came with us to Florida - if we saw them during the day at a park then we'd eat seperately - if we were on our own during the day we'd meet up for dinner etc. I know you cant do this onbaord, but think of something similar. As long as you make it clear that you dont want ot be attached 24 hours a day then it should be fine.

Grimace has actually been dropping comments about taking a cruise with us ...

"Who are all of these people and how do they know you and Jay? Why are they calling you Benda, Bendy, Oybolshoi, One-legged-Bewb-Flashin-For-Freebies-Brenda? And why do so many people keep asking to have their picture taken with the Grimace? Who is Grimace???"

Oh geez! - I would just have to make a t-shirt saying "I'm with Grimace"

2 good things happened to me today -

1. I saved myself $160 on car parking at the airport for our summer holiday - found an offer on and booked it straight away


2. My little car passed it's MOT!

Thats 3 years running it hasnt cost me a penny

I only did just over 1000 miles last year - no wonder its in good condition

We usually have late dining, by the time we are finished with dinner, we go back to the cabin to change clothes and wind up just staying there most nights. Real party animals, eh?

I feared falling alseep if I had to go back and change so we just went straight to the bar from dinner.

Oh yeah I try to catch up on what I miss on Soap Net's Sunday Nights in Salem. I am also a Young and the Restless fan, lately more of that than Days. Days storylines are driving me crazy lately.

I love Y&R but most of the story lines are just dragging right now.

Least Favorite is Tiger and the Queen of Hearts. I would like to ring her neck for what she did to my little angle on the cruise.

I'm intrigued ... what did the wicked queen do? She didn't yell "Off with her head!" did she?

Seriously, I'm curious since most of the character interaction on the ship has always seemed to be very good when we've sailed. Of course, we don't do a lot of character stuff other than pictures in the evening if we can manage to get there on time.

PS. only because I'm anal and I notice stuff like this all time, I think Mac is your little angel. Angle made me think of something totally inappropriate.

Hello all. Well I should have been in bed about 2 hrs ago!! (thanks gang. I am going to blame my lack of sleep and poor production at work tomorrow on y'all) but....

We are a Kruizin with B.O.B!!!!!!!

I was given the big !!! Now which dinner do we book and can we add the port transfer later? (we are going to book our own airfare and are not sure when we are flying in) Woody (DH) wanted to know this before he booked something.

Having a hard time keeping up with all the posts on the WB repo... we did an unofficial head count tonight (final Payment is the 10th...) and we figure that we have 325 Diser's on that trip!!! Now to find the place to do a group picture... and I'm wondering how I got volunteered to do that one!!!

Holy crap that's 325 Disers and their families too!! Good luck with that one!

That's OK Cass...I often don't make sense. It's weird, but when we fly to US the temps feel really hot when in 'F' andf when we fly back to the UK, them temps feel really cold in 'C'. So...your weather is DAM COLD!

Thank goodness Rob's family went their own way on the cruise. I told Rob the night before that we are only eating with them and that's it I just needed a break by then! Perhaps plan a few things for them that you know you won't be doing

Brenda, I'm sure it can be arranged to have Grimmie ACCIDENTALLY stowed in a lifeboat after the drill is over We can throw in some scratch tickets and some food, she'd never know the difference.

OMG Cass!!!! I popped over to your site and love the pics of Tzar!!!! We have a German Shephard named Shadow!!!! He is the love of my life. I will try and post some pictures. I love the pic of him in the snow. We have a shot of Shadow playing fetch with a snowball!

Tzar was the love of Rob's life Tzar was 6 months old when I met Rob. We still miss him every single day. He was an awesome dog and he would have been SO good with Kira. Our two dopey golden retrievers are a bit of a pain, especially around Kira so we REALLY miss having Tzar now!!

I would love to see some pics of Shadow!!

We loved the monorail!

I'd love to stay at the Grand Floridian someday...it looked SO cool!
