I don't drink it everyday, once a week if I'm lucky. My new thing with it being summer though is getting a venti Iced Green Tea ($2.10).
Of course McD's is selling sweet tea here now, Sean brings one home every day and I finish it. Can't be good on the diet.

I like lowfat vanilla yogurt with strawberries. Jay has just recently managed to wean me from Yoplait Whips to real yogurt. GACK! The taste ...

We started eating this as well, and then southbeach has these granola packs out that I add to it.
We've also learned to replace sour cream with plain yogurt. Not too bad. Just not sour cream.

It does take some getting used to, but give it a chance Andy It gives you an amazing workout with no impact! My first time on it I think I did 5 minutes too That was at my gym many moons ago

I do it a little differently, I don't hold onto the handles, so I am more or less jogging but that took me a while to master I started with 30 mins and I am up to 40, with a goal of 60 mins eventually

I'm lucky if I can do 5.

I'll trade ya one of those star cookies for a chocolate chip cookie. I was actually being self serving with those. I don't like chocolate chip cookies so I thought I'd be safe with that choice. But star cookies???......I'm doomed.

And are those smores with Hershey bars or Caramello Bars?

Hersey's but I never thought of Carmello. May have to pick a couple up.

Don't worry about being doomed on that, just try one of the Pepper Jack Cheese or Mushroom Swiss Brats we have today! YUMMO!

We went to the Pig yesterday and they had samples of 5 different kinds. Those two were the best.

I do have the Chicken Brats too if you'd like.

CARMELLO SMORES!oh my heck, does the Concorde fly into that little airport, I am so getting there. I'll stop off at the store and get the carmello's on the way. Oh and do we need milk for the cookies? What else, What else.
Can you believe that I cannot find brats anywhere around here?! You all talk about them all the time so I have been looking and nothing. I can get the sausages but no brats!
