I know I wasnt' asked but I love the eastern way more than the western. We only went on the western last time for Mike and Missy. They had never done it before. We had done both and preferred the Eastern. And still do. That's my 2 cents worth, even though you didn't ask.:rotfl2:

whatever happened to missy and mike??
afeg push him overboard?

Thanks B. That's another tea I do like a lot. It reminds me of when I lived in Germany as a kid and it's all I drank when I lost my kidney. Sounds grim doesn't it? I would love a cup of that right now.:lovestruc

So Republic of Tea sounds familiar. Is that an Alterra purchase? Or maybe I saw it at Panera. Is it the one that comes in a tall skinny can?

I found some really good stuff at Sam's during the holiday's that was caffeine free but I drank it all down already.

BTW...Great update Bendy.:cool1:

republic of Texas is sold at Panera Bread. Diane

Ok - I've been looking at Cass's site at the excursions and there a couple in St Maartin that I like the look of - the catamaran and the regatta, although it may be too energetic for me.

I took my nap. Another 3 hours. Man What will I do at work tomorrow. Off to trade in our cans and books.

Are you going to do this Nancy?

Cass - how do I find the schedule for the airport? I know ita too early to look yet but how did you know a plane was due in?

Here is the website for the airport..

http://www.pjiae.com/main.html

They have flights schedules but they seem to be a little out of date now.

I also just went to the Air France website last time and checked out the schedule there. I think you can find other resources too from St Maarten. I will look for more info as the cruise gets closer :thumbsup2

We're not really sure what we'll do this time Karen. If Maho Beach doesn't have it's beach anymore, then I'd have to find a different one that we can see the planes from. I would love to see those planes. :thumbsup2

I believe it still has a beach, just not much as before.

I'm just some sucky tagless "Dis Veteran":snooty:

Andy beat me to the punch...I was gonna tell you that you can change your own tag but it won't be in colour.

Oh wow, I just found a pic of Maho and there's hardly any beach left

Hmm, I just checked and they both say they were taken in September 2004 :confused3

Enough to plan a trip to Maho Cass? Or do we need to find a different beach?

Well, you can sit at Sunset Beach Bar and watch from there, that's what we did last time. Drinks, food, bathrooms..all set :thumbsup2 Plus if you get bored waiting for the planes, there's a casino right across from the bar.

The bartender updated us on the flight status of the 747 while we sat :goodvibes

Someone lied to you Cass. ;)

Tell me about it :rolleyes1

I remember watching a video about the planes landing and taking off a few years ago. I swore the plane that was taking off was going to crash into the side of the mountain, even the take off looks scary............

In this pic you can see the Sunset Beach Bar, the actual bar has a yellow top then other tables around it with blue umbrellas. The washrooms are right behind the bar in this pic...

I will post the after the fix haircut later. Photobucket is being awfully slow for me tonight.

Kids, just got to love them. I remember when Angelina was about 5 years old, she saw a movie with the Olsen twins and the one twin put gum in their soon-to-be-stepmom's hair. Well, Miss Angelina decided to put gum in her own hair to see what would happen. If it wasn't for the peanut butter trick, which took ALL the gum out, Angelina would have been walking around with very short hair for awhile, just like to woman in the movie............:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Goofyfreak,

Julia's hair doesn't look as bad as I thought it might. Did she ever give you a reason why?
