I am hoping this 60 degree weather we are experiencing is spring finally arriving!!

Yes a new start is looking very good right now. It sounds like there is a chance that I will be getting a transfer sooner rather than later. Emotionally, that is probably exactly what I need as I think about it.

I won't be too far away. I need to stay relatively close to my kids and they are in upstate New York. I am requesting to be no further than 200 or so miles from them, so that it is easy to get them on every other weekend. The organization is typically very sensitive to stuff like that.

I'm in upstate NY.

When did your kids move here? I'm confused, I thought they were with you

Wow, there have been a lot of posts since I checked in last Thursday. We have been away for a few days so I had some catching up to do.

Thanks to whoever posted all the beautiful pictures - a good pick me up on a gloomy day.

Mike, keep your chin up. Things just have to work out. There's too much pixie dust & magic floating around you for it not to.

Chris, I too didn't realize that Elaine & the kids had moved. How are the kids dealing with the change, especially with school?
