10/24/2009 Bash on the Boat (I'm with B.O.B.) - Thread #29

The massage was WONDERFUL!!! She worked out all the kinks from my exercise session on Friday!!

Just catching up on the board quickly and gonna go rest some. Dave and I are getting ready to watch Big Bang Theory (love the show about the geeks - probably because I married one!!)

Tomorrow I can say it's SINGLE digits till we leave!!

those remind me of my older brother and myself as kids.
when we had to go to confession, we'd say to each other "we were good, we didnt do anything bad". so we'd make stuff up and tell the priest we hit our sister or talked back to our mom, just so he wouldnt be disappointed.

You'll have to ask Chuck what a naughty boy he was as a kid when it came to going to church and what they did to their little sister.
(Chuck had two younger brothers and two younger sisters).

I am glad she is on the DIS now. She is far more sociable than me and may talk more than me on the cruise.

she's been working on distags.
my lovely bride is a perfectionist and will waste hrs making sure something is just right. (and the distags arnt even any good)

we're getting very excited!!!!!
we spent the weekend talking about all the stuff we'll be doing.

LOVE the pictures!!! Our kids are so much alike.... both mine wear glasses (well - there is OnE big difference - Hagan's a boy and Becca's a girl!)

Ok, ok, ok...I was just having some fun trying to get a rise out of my wife, but she didn't take the bait. I thought she was coming back on to DIS for a few minutes, but she is playing her online game right now.

Wonderful!!! Where in Virginia are you from? We live in the suburbs of Richmond and there are 3 other families here on the board also from Virginia (2 from Northern VA, one from Charlottesville)

Chuck and his siblings were VERY norty. Let's just say when we enrolled Kristin in the same Catholic grade school there was still some hesitance whether she would be let in or not.

Funny thing though. Chuck coached basketball for 7 years at that school and some of the parents remembered him from when they went to school there.

Both my kids were baptized there and Kristin and Jesse got married there.

The glasses are great!

Yes they do have a lot in common! And just so you know, Hagan doesn't shun girls at all... in fact he really likes them Not that Becca's in any danger.. he is a gentleman.. (thanks to his MOM teaching him manners)

no words to decribe how great it is to see so many different friends everytime you turn the corner.

although several times on kk1 i thought i overheard a few folks say, "lets go the other way, theres that annoying underdog guy".
