Hey wait a minute....... (I'm a little slow....)

You were at WDW???? You stinker!!!! (Jealous here...)

Cool!!!!

I'm attempting to multi-task here at work - plus it's hard just talking to myself! I'm waiting for Abby to call me to update me on her first day of middle school! (I'm not really patient!!)

Ditto on the multi-tasking....tons of work today but I've still been drifting onto the boards.

BTW - did you update your DIStag spreadsheet with the added players, by chance???

Jen -

I think my spreadsheet has all the new people...I'll send it to you (since I still have your email address!)

Anyone else who wants the final DIS Tag spreadsheet - just shoot me a PM with your email address (or just a post here if you have already requested it and I HAVE your email address!)

I thought for sure you guys would have figured it out based on this response to Cass' post last Thursday (below). It was actually 6 hours before our flight that I did the post below.

Great time to be down in WDW. Not that busy and the airport is really easy to fly out of on Labor Day (no one in line at security).

Had a great rate at the resorts and with no school last Friday, it was an easy 4 night get away.

6 weeks today and we will be flying to Orlando :cool1::woohoo::yay::dance3:

Don't you wish it was only 6 HOURS from now that you were flying to Orlando? :thumbsup2

:rolleyes1

We decided to try CBR this time since it was the only Moderate we haven't stayed at yet. It was a nice resort and we got a double upgrade on our room.

We booked a Standard View room and got a corner, water-view, in the Pirate Section. Granted that is in Trinidad South, but worked out for us. I have pics of the room I can put up if you'd like.

Overall, we still prefer PO-R the best if you look at what the resorts have to offer overall, but CBR did have some really good qualities though. I think they have the best themed pool of the mods and the new slide is nice. Lots of corner rooms, which we like because of the double windows. The grounds are beautiful, but so are the ones at PO-R.

What PO-R has is that the main building is easier to get to, and everything is right there (front desk is in a separate building at CBR). Also, the building where the food court and shops are closes at 11:00. At PO-R, if I'm not mistaken, you can still get to the Soda fountain after the restaurant closes (might be wrong on that) - not good when you have the refillable mug. Also, to refill it, it is easier to get to at PO-R.

Busing I think is better at PO-R. At CBR, our building was last to be picked up for Epcot (only bused that because we were going to MK afterwards and we never drive to MK). At PO-R, it is an easy walk to the front bus stop to board first. And if it is early in the morning and you are going somewhere other than MK (i.e. the bus is shared with PO-FQ), you can walk over to PO-FQ and catch it there (or if you have a car, park it there).

We'd go there again, don't get me wrong, but we'd have to put PO-R as our top Mod resort.

Almost an hour and no posts? Karen won't be happy.

Especially with all these people around:

Scouter
KSFrogge
gstroop28
goofyfreak
captchris

BTW, Karen, Suz picked up the Vivatar 8400 last week. Took some great underwater pics with it. I couldn't remember which one you said you had, but I was happy to see she got the brand you had. It only cost $100. Already 2/5 paid for with the amount of pics we did with it and what the cost of throw away underwaters would have cost us.

Glad you like it:thumbsup2 They are great little cameras for the money. The throw-aways are useless in comparison:thumbsup2

Nice piccies:thumbsup2

Well, I'm calling it a night folks I'm shattered. Its been one heck of a day today - clocked up 14000 steps running errands:headache: - I'm ready for bed.

I did get Neils T shirt finished though - its the best of the three... his comments when I showed him "I havent got to wear it have I?"

My "evil eyes stare" gave him my answer without me saying a word.:rotfl:... he'll be wearing it:rotfl:

Surprised to see you on so late. Yeah, the camera worked great. Can't wait to try it out more in 6 1/2 weeks. :cool1:

The other thing it has that the throw-aways don't is under water video. :thumbsup2

Snorkeling will be great with that.

Night Karen.

BTW, we clocked steps only on Fr-Su and did, 19,000 Fr, 27,000 Sat, and 39,000 on Sunday. Add in Thur and Mon and I think we clocked in 100,000 or more over the weekend.
