If anyone is going to Epcot before or even after our cruise, there is a pair of sunglasses with the flag of Norway on the lens, sold in the Norway pavillion, of course, that my son loves but broke his set.
I've tried to find them online but they're really hard to find/and or order.

So I told him that I'd see if anyone from the boards here was going and could pick them up and I'd reimburse them.

I believe they were only about $20 or so last August.

If all goes as planned we are going in Sept, so remind me in a month!!

Angie, great dress :goodvibes

Rose, if for some reason Joanne can't get them for you, I will be happy to grab them for you as we will be there the week before the cruise :thumbsup2

That will be so great!! We have stayed in this cabin several times and the noise is not bad. My mom and Dad will be on deck 6 somewhere. Tommy is hoping on the other side of the ship. :lmao:

I don't think I knew your folks were going too.

Thanks Rose and Lisa - I have another "little black dress" coming in (it's on backorder) but I really liked this one. Maybe I'll use the other one for the semi-formal night.

We are eating at Palo for dinner on formal night, so I'll kill two birds with one stone (ew........ ) :rotfl2:

I have a black dress as well! Maybe black is the new red!

:grouphug: and Prayers coming your way Mike.

Congrats on the online check in Dan and Nancy. I completed mine a week or so. I just have to print out and sign the cruise contract, but I will wait to do that just before the cruise.

Ok, here's a "kids say the funniest things" moment from my house today....

I got my pirate costume in the mail today, and I was trying it on to see if it fit. Thomas asks what the dress is for, and I tell him it's for Pirate night on the Disney boat. He says,"Oh, so that's a wench dress?" And I said, "Huh?" To which he replied, matter of factly, " A woman pirate is called a wench".

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I got an email yesterday too for our 11/1 flight. It sounds like if we got the email it shouldn't change anymore. Did I read your post correctly? I know you fly AirTran often, so I bow to your travel experience. :lmao:

Yes, once they send that email, that schedule is set. I think they wait to send that email until it is confirmed. Our time changed over a month ago.

I just checked AT's site and they only have "hard" schedule (pdf version) through October 5. I think they just haven't gotten that next month up yet, but like I said, once that email goes out, it is pretty set.

I called earlier today and we are open to change to pretty much anything we want right now. We can go later on the 1st out of MCO or we can even go to TPA to fly out.

DW says we'll just keep it as is though.

I concur with Jeff. I stopped taking our Toyota Sienna to the local Toyota dealer because they were trying to nickel and dime me too much. They wanted to replace my timing belt at 60K miles instead of the Toyota recommended 90K. They have their own "New England Service Guide" that they claim to use from 30+ years of experience in business. Its insane the work they want to do every 15,000 miles and 30,000 miles

I now take it to my Chevrolet dealer where I service my full size van. I have never had problems there and they treat us good. Just today, I took the Sienna in for service. When I called for an appointment, I just took out my service manual and read what the 90K service recommended on the "normal" schedule. An oil change, tire rotation, air filter, cabin air filter, an hour and a half of my time and a $140, I was out of there. Not bad for 90K service.

If I had gone to the Toyota Dealer they would have replaced every fluid in the car, gave me a 4 wheel alignment and probably would have tried replacing my timing belt again! It would have cost at least a grand!

My "maintenance" light won't even start blinking until about 6,500 miles (maybe it is 7,500). It will go constant once I get to 7,500. That is what they recommend for an oil change in my Honda.

We have a third car, Geo Prizm that we bough in 1996. I never followed the every 3,000 mile rule and it still runs with 208,00 miles on it. It has a Toyota Corolla engine in it (built side-by-side).

Gotta love those foreign cars.
