WOW!! Keep 'em coming Chris. :thumbsup2

Good morning everyone!

Last night we met up with some friends from work and saw a play out in a tiny town of Rosebud (main street is 3 buildings long..lol) it's about an hour away from Calgary. It was an awsome show called "Lettuice and Loveage" It was about a older tour guide who love to embelish the history of a certain house in London... anyways her boss catches her and fires her... but then they end up the best of friends, the two older ladies continue on with some very funny stories. Anyways it was a dinner theater and the food was totally awsome aswell

Might have to head back that way again :goodvibes we didn't get home till midnight but it was worth it.. my daughter has said it is one of the best plays she has seen to date :goodvibes wait till we go to see lion king in august..lol

Sounds like fun Chickie. I think you'll love The Lion King too. We saw it last year and it was awesome!!:dance3:

Good idea! :thumbsup2

Maybe I should have them delivered next Sunday morning ;)

Yes, nice and early. :rotfl2:

Good afternoon/evening for you Brits!

I am getting ready to head out to our World Services Ingathering. It is a meeting where we focus on our missionary giving as a division. We are part of the Southern New England Division which is Connecticut and Rhode Island. I believe all together, our units contribute about $400,000 to The Salvation Army's Missionary efforts around the globe. I will know exactly how much in a couple of hours in the meeting. Our territory (11 eastern states) contribute several million dollars. Our collection is part of that tally as well.

Our local contribution is about $2,000. I don't mind going, but it really makes for a very long day. Services in the morning, then a long service in the afternoon. We will probably get home around 8:00 when it is all said and done.

Tomorrow, I have to wake up and go back to the same place the Ingathering is for a Disaster Services Training seminar. It is going to be a busy week and due to that, I am looking forward to my next Yankee game on Thursday!!!!

OMG this is overwhelming! BUT, I'd like to join the party!! My family and I will be cruisin' with all of you in October. Coming along will be Jeff, Angie, Dustin (14), and Adrienne (11). Looking forward to getting to know some of you and planning our trip. Also can't wait to hear more about the B.O.B. You all sound like a crazy fun group. :)

Yeah! Another cruiser! Welcome!
I'm Arleen and I'm traveling with my husband Alex. It's just us, we have no children. Just our furry ones:rotfl: Sadly they won't let us take our pups with us.
This will be our second cruise, we've only done a 3 night before.

Morning Heather. How is it over there? I hope you have been having a great Sunday.:flower3:

Hi Lori. Sorry I missed you earlier. It was just a brief stop over whilst lunch was cooking. Sunday has been very sunny, but there's been a chilly breeze.

Or you can just give them to Mike and Robin. One for each!!:thumbsup2

no poochies here.

we actually watched marley and me last nite and after that, robin said she no longer wants a poochie. i think that movie brought back too many memories of her "candy".:sad2:
lots of tears.:sad1:

Hi all,

Very lazy day here, floating in the pool. still a little chilly with the breeze. Did some WII fit and dinner making.

A lot of NFL draft watching here. DS # 1 played in HS and one of his team mates was drafted today in the third round by the 49er's. He lives one street over from us. Pretty neat. Hope he does well, nice family.

Just stopping by to say Hi. Looks like a slow weekend on the thread.

Everyone enjoying the weekend?

It has been super quiet on here... I have spent the morning making a movie from our trip to the mountains this past weekend :-) photo bucket didn't want to load it.. something about it being too big,,,bah! so for those on facebook have a peek if you like :goodvibes

Hello and welcome! I used to be on the thread a lot more...but I just don't get time anymore.

My husband Matthew logs on as EPCOT VA. My daughters are Megan and Sarah. They will be turning 12 and 10 on the cruise and would probably love to get together with your 2 kids! Megan uses my log-in on the Kid Kruisers site for this cruise. ( http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1654978 for the first page of that thread.) Several of the kids chat on that thread, but not nearly as much as the grown-ups do here!

I hope to see you on here and on the ship!:goodvibes

Good Morning All

Well here we are another day closer to cruising.
We had a very quit weekend. Yesterday I went fishing with our middle son Pete. It was the first time we had a chance to go this spring. The water in the ponds are still cold about 54 degrees although we did catch a couple. Nancy enjoyed an afternoon on the deck reading.
The other thing that made the weekend the Red Sox swept the Yankees.
Maybe the next series Joanne, Kathy, Chris.
Everybody have a great day.

Dan
