It's separate, no games more workouts. You can do yoga, cardio, and if you have weights or an exercise ball it incorporates it to that. You put in a bunch of info about yourself and it adapts the workout to what you want to do.

OK, Bad Andy is getting ready to take a nap. In honor of National Pancake Day, Hazel made us pancakes for dinner tonight. My tummy is filled and I need to lay down and continue to warm up. It was another bitter day today and I am pooped.

We are painting our bedroom soon... I need opinions...

The bed linen and curtains are a coffee grey sort of colour, three walls will be cream, we have dark cream carpet. What colour should I do the 4th feature wall? and what colour should I do the accessories such as bed cushions etc?

I really quite like the idea of dark olive green or bordeau wine colour, but not too sure if they are bedroomy enough? Neil wants dark chocolate brown.... not happening!

My vote would be olive green. I love that color.

Cass, I think you told me before what version of photoshop you use, and I forgot.

I just got Photoshop Elements 7, but I'm hoping one day I can do layouts like that!

I currently use Photoshop CS2 but I am about to purchase an upgrade to CS4, which is the latest version. It's really powerful and it does some video stuff too. Now I need to take some classes

This is the room when we first moved in. See the cushions on the bed? - they are the colour of the new linen and curtains, and its the wall behind the bed that we want as the feature wall.

I just LOVE that tall chest of drawers Karen!! I'm a drawer girl, is that weird?

So I think it's time to start potty training for Kira

She shows all the signs of being ready, ok..well most of them.

I'm just really nervous because it's a big step and I've been reading books and articles and everyone has different opinions on how it should be done and I feel a little overwhelmed

I wish my mom was here, she would have had her potty trained a year ago She used to say...if they can sit, they can be potty trained

As a mom of a 6 year old, it hasn't been that long ago in this household. Feel free to PM me if you want to chat about it...

Patience is golden at this stage of the game...praise for achievements but no negativity for backsliding. I'm sure you'll do fine!

I'm sure the second half of that qoute didn't end in "be potty trained". I'm sure it was just one four letter word starting with S and rymes with "sit".
