Lina and a couple of her friends are going to visit their friend Kara at Kara's college this weekend, so Brian had to come over tonight to get his "Lina fix" for the weekend.........:rotfl2:

Smart, so very smart!!!!!!

Besides, this way we can walk into the livingroom at "anytime" and keep an eye on them.......;) :thumbsup2 ;)

Oh, there goes Hazel now......:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Actually, Hazel is going to the kitchen and has to walk through the livingroom to get to the kitchen.......;)

Time for Survivor, see ya later........:wave2:

We were at that other table of which she speaks!! Only 8 of us but I think some special needs were part of the problem.

Question for Pancakes Sisters - or others who may have the answer:

I'm wondering what services any of you may have tried & liked/disliked in the spa on either ship. I just returned from my massage & that's what I was thinking about a lot of the time!

N

I've had a lot of the treatments on both ships. I usually don't like facials, but I liked the Disney one very much. I've always had massages packaged with other treatments (body wraps or masques) and they've always been outstanding.

But the most INCREDIBLE thing I've ever done is something called 'Alone Time' in a spa villa. The spa villa is 2 rooms, one open to the sea and the other an enclosed treatment room. The outside room as a huge jacuzzi tub and that is where my treatment started. I had a long soak in the Jacuzzi, with all sorts of special oils and things in the water. I have no idea how long I was in there, but then I moved to the treatment room, where I had a seaweed body wrap in a floating bed - absolutely awesome. After they do the body wrap, the bed sinks down and you feel like you are floating :cloud9: After the body wrap, I took a shower and then I had a neck and back massage. Finally, I was brought back out to the outside room where I relaxed on a day bed while I was served tea and fresh fruit. It was unbelievable!

I believe there are 3 spa villas -1 single and 2 doubles - yes, you can also choose to do this treatment with your significant other. The villas are very private - no one can see in (unless there happens to be another ship passing :lmao: )

Take a look at the spa menu on the website. If you want to know about a specific treatment, just let me know. Hope that helps!

We were very fortunate this last cruise - our servers were outstanding! We were usually finished by the time the other SSMC08 table was getting their dessert (they had a different server team) - and we weren't rushed at all.

Okay - either I am not reading this right or we had three tables, because neither Nancy nor Kathy were at our table, and our staff was slow. Our table was a lot of fun though, so it didn't matter!
Oh, oh us too!!! We are at Late also!!:yay:

We're at late.

OK, check this out - these are for real - I bought them this weekend:

Is this hysterical??? Inside, the eggs are stamped with little pictures, 2 each, Mickey, Minnie, EVE, WALL*E, Tow Mater and Lightning McQueen.

I just made an omelette out of WALL*E and EVE for dinner!

Cute eggs! Mack says, "Hi Kathy. I bet she made hamburger out of Babe Ruth."

You're not reading it right. Nancy and Dan were at the other table with you. I mentioned that our servers were very quick and that your servers weren't - Nancy then said she was at the table of which I spoke, meaning your table. Does that make sense??? :confused3

Tell Mack, no, I made hot dogs out of Babe Ruth because that was his favorite food!:lmao:

Also tell Mack that I have the Captain Hook DVC sticker that he gave me at the Epcot mini-meet on my eyeglass case and every time I take my glasses out at a meeting I think about Mack and giggle!

Too cute! :cutie: Kira and I watched Wall-E today, it was her first time watching it.

Evening all. I'm home now. Wrenched my back though and can't move much. I was helping out after wrestling practice and was lifting one of the mats onto the cart. Totally lifted it wrong.

Cass, who were your servers on the KK? Did you have Leesa and the Brit (can't remember her name right now)?

Yowsa Jeff. You and Karen make a good pair. ;)

Good for you guys!! :goodvibes

Our servers were really bad! Well, they catered to Rob's family just fine but we had special needs with a 10 month old and they sucked! It took 30+ minutes to get Kira some milk, didn't have a high chair ready for her 3 of the 7 nights, were really really slow at getting her food and it was cold when it finally got there and even though we politely requested for our service to be sped up a bit (she only lasted about 1 hour in that chair before she got cranky!) we were always the last ones out of the dining room. Lori had a huge table right next to ours and they were always one course ahead of us :sad2:

Holy run-on sentence Batman!!

Animators Palate has a delicious Caesar salad

I'm keeping my fingers crossed Nancy :cheer2: :woohoo: :yay: :thumbsup2

I agree with you about the service last time. We weren't that pleased with either of them. I was used to having my drink already on the table waiting for me and it didn't happen once on KK1.:confused3

Who is Tink and who is Captain Jack? :confused3

This is Tinkerbell:

She recently made her first trip to WDW and her trip report can be reached through the link in my siggie.

Captain Jack is the love of her life and he lives with Andy and Hazel.
