Are you talking at WDW or in General? I always ask at WDW and more often than not, get one.

As for hotels in general, we just got one in Chicago before the Mexico trip. Now if you looked at the pictures I posted of that hotel and read my post you'd know that.

That's kind of what got me thinking about it. I wasn't sure if you paid for your upgrade or if you just asked and got a free one.

Helps having the cute kid at the counter with me who wanted to watch the planes land.

Actually, if you're nice about it when you ask, they are usually accommodating if space is available. We got one on our last trip to Green Bay to see my Grandma.

You figure, if they have the rooms, what diff does it make. That's not always the case at hotels, but if you get a good person at the counter, they'll do you a favor.

I am pooped. I volunteered at the hospital today. I am crocheting blankets for preemie babies with a few friends. We crocheted all morning. Then over to daughter's house to wait for kids to get home from school. Then to the neighborhood park. Elijah and Asiah like to go there every Friday since they have no homework. Elijah plays basketball with friends and Asiah play on the playground and in the sand. After the park Asiah had a basketball game. Their team did well but loss by two baskets. After the game, Asiah, Elijah, Kristen, and I went to eat at IHOP. It was good. I brought Walt home some crepes. He enjoyed. He felt like staying home tonite so I brought him takeout. Now I have been enjoying the dis tonight but getting alittle sleepy. Talk to you all tomorrow. Diane

My daughter was on my laptop most of the night and I just finally caught up..lol

Of course, there was the typical Iquana on the grounds. This one was by the pool.

I have tons of pictures of the Racoon-Monkeys too. They say they are part of the Monkey family (they live in the trees), but they have some features that look like Racoons. Suz looked up the real names so I'll have to find that email and post them. I think our names are better though.

These things love fruit. You throw down a piece of melon and 50 (no lie) would come running over. People would be feeding them out of their hands.

THAT would scare me to death. holy cow! - I would have been on the first plane back home
