Your brain isn't big enough to concoct a plan :rolleyes1

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Well folks - day 2 is classed as a success:thumbsup2

I got to my 8000 - just! - I got my mini trampoline out and bounced and jogged on that for a while inbetween running Ellis to his very first Cubs and back:rolleyes:

My heads still pounding:headache: but at least my pedometer is happy:rotfl:

I just wanted to tell you all about Ellis' new cubs leader. She has been absolutely brilliant about his allergy. Yesterday she came down to Beavers to see me and discuss how she could help, she's organised for me to train everyone to use the epipen in their meeting end of Jan and she's given every parent tonight at cubs a letter explaining in detail about Ellis. She even made "Be nut aware" posters and displayed them tonight. Tonight she's going home with my medical pack - trainer epipens dvd and an epipen manual and folder to read. What a pleasant change and a total relief that for once someone cares enough to put themselves out to help. She deserves a medal (I'll actually get her flowers - I 'm sure she'll appreciate them.) Usually its a different story:sad2: and we're made to feel awful or at least a nuisance, but today was a real treat.
Its good to know there are still people out there who care.:goodvibes A big thumbs up to her:goodvibes

She's a good find Karen.

Glad to hear about his new leader.

And kudos to you, even though you're not feeling well:sick:

Well, the wait is over - he's kept his job:yay:

He got a call this morning - asking him to do overtime:eek: - his shift was meant to start at 2pm today - he's just gone now 3 1/2 hours overtime. I dont get it:confused3 ... but I'm not complaining:rolleyes1

:woohoo: :yay: That is wonderful news Karen!!! :grouphug:

So Kira went from doing really well in her new bed to getting up ALL the time :rolleyes1

She's not falling asleep until about 9:30-10:00pm (she keeps getting her books and toys and turning the light on  ) and then this morning I got up at 7 to workout and her light was on and she was wide awake playing :scared: She NEVER wakes up before 8.

Any tips for me???? :confused3

She's really cranky :rotfl:

  Sorry Cass I can't give any suggestions on what else you can try  Maybe she is a night owl like you. We still have a hard time getting Rachel to get to sleep, even on school nights she is often still up at midnight, she says she just can't fall asleep, at least if given the opportunity like on weekends she will sleep until noon though :rolleyes1 I know what you mean about really cranky, we are better off not even talking to Rachel at all on school mornings. Good luck and hang in there maybe she is just taking advantage of her new "freedom" and she will get tired enough to start sleeping better!

Need prayers for Di to be safe in MA. Her parents are not getting any younger for them to drive to Prov to pick her up. Really wish she would rent a car, but "penny wisher" she is.. :confused3 :flower3: Maybe she will listen to her "BOBer friends to convince her to get a rental car.

Walt :cool1:

Prayers and pixiedust: pixiedust: for Di that she has a Safe and enjoyabled trip to see her parents.

At least it's a fresh change to find someone who cares about someone else.

I started my exercise regime yesterday. Got my Rosemary Conley exercise DVD out and started with a 20 mins workout. Same today. Will work up to longer over next couple of weeks. Slow but sure.

Rick got me a couple of new playstation 2 dance mat games which I try out at the weekend.

Hi there, Heather. I am home doing laundry. A boring day, really. I went to the gym this morning, and we had a rough night last night. Emily is home from school with a bad stomach bug. She is much better now, but last night she was 'nauseaous and beyond' every hour on the hour:sick: .

Hope Emily gets better quickly and the rest of you don't get it :grouphug: It sounds a lot like what Rach had while we were at Disneyworld.

GOOD MORNING ALL!!!!

Thats the one area that is ok over here too - teachers - we have a shortage. The trouble is the job has changed a LOT over the last few years - So much paperwork these days that most of the teachers have a half day off each week to catch up on it.

I totally understand that, Karen - the paperwork in public schools here is amazing. Our school is starting to offer some special services, and with it comes an increase in paperwork. We have 2 planning periods a day as it is. I do love my students though - most of the time anyway - it is the paperwork that rives me crazy.

Have a great day everyone!!!

no more puppy pics??:lmao: ;) ;)

Chris is right - Friday is supposed to be very very cold! How long will you be in Mass.? Like you said bring plenty of warm clothes - layers work well.

That's fantastic! You'll love it. And you don't have to worry about getting laid off!
