After going to our granddaughters 6th birthday yesterday and going to the bean supper at church Nancy and I both did the treadmill today for 30min.
To cold to walk outside today +15. Thur and Fri I walked my usual 1.5 miles but as I said the last 2 days its been the treadmill.
Got to get back to Cruising Weight.
I would love to hit 200 before OCT.
6'2 and 200 is just right at my age. 15lbs to go

DS #1 is supposed to come over for dinner, He is very busy with school and work.

I have to get back on track too. I hope the weather stays nice so we can walk at lunch time.

I got in a nice 5 mile walk this morning on the treadmill. It might have been freezing outside, but it was cozy in the gym.......

I was almost to Riverwinds by the time the car got warmed up, same thing on the way home.......

Good afternoon everyone. We are back home after a day at the church. It is nice to finally relax. I am watching Pirates 3 on Starz. I like that one for some reason. I really like Barbossa and his development in it. He is my favorite character of the trilogy after Sparrow.

Oh wow...what a view. Was it noisy with all the flights taking off and the passengers milling around the airport?

Actually, the planes weren't noisy at all. However, Well, at 11:15 my next door neighbor got on his cell phone. But you're going to have to wait for my trip report to hear that story!

Your room is beautiful!!!!! Tell me something about the view I can't tell from the pictures - can you see things guests are not supposed to see? It looks sort of like you can, but I can't tell for sure. I am hoping if I am ever in a room that lets me see things like that, I am so focused on the features, I miss the other.

Is this room a studio?

Yep - the sinks are strange and the wallpaper would definitely make me motion-sick; but that shower looks beautiful!!!!
