I'm up to 4.0mph and 12.0 on the incline making for a nice 700+ calorie burn-off for a 45 minute workout on the treadmill.

we're going to bring robins mom here from the nursing home for a while so we hope that goes well.

aww thats nice.. I am not very partial to turkey day for us.. that and easter..lost family members on both holidays. but thats was my problem..lol I still cook up a storm on both days..LOL

My mom told me about all the congrats and the well wishes for our wedding. Jesse and I just wanted to jump on here and thank all of you. We had great winter weather, a little cold but no rain, snow or slush and the sun peeked out for a while too. The food was great and the cake was even better. We still have so much of it left over.

So, thanks again and we can't wait to see you all in 11 months!

Everyone have a great day with your family and friends. I had fun tonight with my girls. We made punch bowl cake, chocolate chip cookies (trial), we will make these tomorrow in little tart pans so we can each have one separately. We will then put icecream, whipped cream and syrups on them while they are hot. We have them at BJ's and really enjoy them. blueberry and orange-cranberry muffins for breakfast, and brownies. Now Walt and I will get up early and make the real stuff. turkey dinner with all the New England fixings and also ham. Heather is bringing homemade pumpkin pie and cheesecake. I think we will have plenty of food and eat too much. Again Happy Thanksgiving to all of my friends. Good job Andy on your 32 pound loss. Keep it up. Talk to you all later. Diane

Hi Everyone......

Just wanted to drop by and wish everyone in the USA a Happy Thanksgiving tomorrow, and say hello to everyone else.

We have been very busy here. I put in about 20 hours overtime over the past week and a half, and will also be working overtime this coming Friday and Saturday. The overtime is nice, but it leaves very little time for anything else. Lina has two part-time jobs now, so that keeps mom and dad busy taking her back and forth to work. Mom takes the daytime runs, and I do the nighttime runs.

My online time has been very limited to say the least. I think I have only made about 5 posts on the DIS in the past two weeks. Sorry, but I haven't been keeping up on this thread, but I did receive a PM from MG this morning.

I was so sorry to hear about Paige's surgery, but happy to hear that the post surgery reports sound promising. Get well soon Paige.....

The saving grace for me has still been getting to the gym on a regular basis. As of this past Saturday I am now down 32 pounds.
