Three Men on a Hike

Three men were hiking through a forest when they came upon a large raging,
Violent river. Needing to get to the other side, the first man prayed:
'God, please give me the strength to cross the river.'

Poof! ... God gave him big arms and strong legs and he was able to swim
Across in about 2 hours, having almost drowned twice.

After witnessing that, the second man prayed: 'God, please give me strength
And the tools to cross the river'
Poof! .... God gave him a rowboat and strong arms and strong legs and he
was
Able to row across in about an hour after almost capsizing once.

Seeing what happened to the first two men, the third man prayed:
'God, please give me the strength, the tools and the intelligence to cross
The river'

Poof! ... He was turned into a woman. She checked the map, hiked one
Hundred yards up stream and walked across the bridge.


'If at first you don't succeed, do it the way your wife told you!'

I haven't thought about this in awhile. I think Brenda mentioned a store at WDW that sells tiaras, I'll have to check it out when we are there in Dec. The dress I have that I was thinking would be good to wear the night we wore tiaras if we do this is very heavy though and with weight and baggage restrictions being what they are now I'm not sure I'll be bringing that dress I'll need to think about this some more.

Not a Yankees fan here, how can a Cardinals fan like the Yankees?

But, I do think going to the last game at Yankee Stadium would be awesome ... there's so much history there. Hope you have a great time Chris and be sure to have one last historic Yankee-dog!

Just stopping in to switch laundry at home. It's going to be cold tonight and need my blue fleece! (Got to keep the color right)

It's not the final game that I am going to. The last game is on Sunday, but this will be the last time that I go to the stadium. I am really looking forward to it now that the time has come.

Good Morning everyone!

I won't be around too much today. This morning I have to do some painting at work, then this afternoon I will be leaving to go to my last Yankee Game this season.

I know this is the first time in 13 years they haven't made the playoffs, but it is my last time in Yankee Stadium before they move across the street next April. It might be a slightly emotional night.

I'mmm bbaaaaccckkkk!!! Our power just came back on after 3 days! We were chased around the Carribean by Hanna and then Ike came to Ohio and blew out the candles here! Still a lot of people without power here! Lots of reading and catching up to do!

cassie lives north of you guys and still has no power.
the electric co. truck pulled into her drive a few days ago and she got all excited, but it was just a tease. he told them it may be off till friday.


wish she would have just drove home for the week.
