Too bad I have to throw the winnings into our "Cruise Bucket". We clean out our pockets and my purse every Saturday and dump all the change into our Cruise Bucket. We had way over $300.00 in 7 months last time we cashed it in!!![]()
So, inquiring minds want to know Andy. What do you do to work off all those calories in 45 minutes? I ride my stationary bike for 30 minutes and only manage to knock off a little over 200.And yes, I'm riding like crazy!!

Yeah, I noticed the bike doesn't burn off a lot of calories. I do 30-35 minutes on the treadmill. I usually go at 3.8mph to 4.0mph and I increase the incline as I go along. I start at an incline of 4.0 and by the time I'm finished I have the incline up to 8.0 with this I usually burn off around 400-425 calories. After that I get on the elliptical for 10-15 minutes on level 3 and burn off another 125-140 calories. Now for today as example, I did 35 minutes on the treadmill (420 calories) and 10 minutes on the elliptical (130 calories).
And yes, I'm riding like crazy!!
