The plan highlights:

Tuesday: Drive to Wilson, NC...stay over night.
Wednesday: Leave Wilson, head to Orlando. Arrive at Hard Rock Hotel.
Thursday: Check out of Hardrock. IOA all day. Check in at AKV. Dinner at Boma's (6:30 ADR).
Tuesday (11th): MNSSHP
Friday (14th): Illuminations Cruise
Sat (15th): Check out of AKV. Head to MK. Leave MK by 2. Drive to Wilson, NC
Sun (16th): Leave Wilson, drive home.

I don't have our detailed Itinerary..but the above I remember.
