10/19-10/26?? How bad?

Wanted to go the first week of Nov but everyone is telling me it will be crowded because of Jersey week. So how would 10/19-10/26 be?

We went 10/22-10/28 last year and it wasn't too bad, just at Epcot where there was the Food & Wine Festival, which was PACKED. The weekend days were a little more crowded, and it was busier than September. English kids get off of school the last 2 weeks of October, so theres a little higher crowd level due to that. Didn't wait longer than 10 minutes for anything, except at Epcot, which was 45-90 minutes for EVERYTHING. Much better weather than September!!!
